10-minute survey for enterprises in the US with a social or environmental purpose

Survey results from across the US will be anonymized and used to produce a public report shared with enterprises, community networks, policymakers, and potential funders and buyers. The report’s goal is to increase visibility and opportunities for enterprises prioritizing people and the planet over profit maximization. Complete the quick survey here.

If you submit before March 15, 2025, you will automatically be entered in a $10,000 prize drawing with one $5,000 winner and five $1,000 winners.
Participants that qualify for the global People and Planet First verification will receive the first year of verification for free.
